Shipping Information
We’re happy to deliver your orders within Norway! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time:
Once you’ve placed your order, we typically take 1–7 business days to process it. This includes preparing your items and packing them securely. For example, if you place an order on a Monday, we aim to ship it by Wednesday or Thursday.
Estimated Delivery Time Within Norway:
For all addresses in Norway, you can generally expect your order to arrive within 14 to 24 business days after it has been shipped from our warehouse. If you live in Oslo, for example, it may take around 4–7 business days, and a similar timeframe applies to other locations in Norway, such as Bergen or Trondheim.

We currently only offer shipping within Norway. We do not ship to addresses outside of Norway at this time.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include public holidays.

Delivery time is calculated from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

Deliveries to more remote areas in Norway may occasionally take a bit longer.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey within Norway. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
