Ice Wine

A unique and very valuable ice wine. Ice Wine (Aiswine) is a natural sweet wine made from Riesling grapes of the Rhine variety, which were affected by frost. Grapes harvested too late, favorable weather factors, the great luck of the winegrowers and the high skill of the winemakers - only with the coincidence of all factors is it possible to make Ice Wine, which happens no more than once every three years. Thus, the water from the berries freezes, and the juice becomes a concentrate of sugars, acids and aromatic components.
Each bottle contains approximately 5 kilograms of grapes.
